Health and Leisure Centre Customer Survey

From May this year the answering of telephone calls for all five New Forest health and leisure centres was transferred to the council's call centre in Lymington.

A short questionnaire has been designed to find out from our customers whether the transition to using a call centre has improved service, or not. There are three sections covering each of the methods of contact - telephone, internet and in person.  

We would be very grateful if you could spare a few minutes to give us your feedback on the service/s you have used by completing the questionnaire.

Applemore prides itself on being the number one leisure facility on the Waterside offering a varied and diverse programme of facilities and activities. With a Fitness suite offering over 70 stations and a purpose built gym for 8-16 year olds, a Group Exercise Programme with over 40 classes per week, a 25 metre main pool and 12 metre learner pool which is home to Applemore Swim Academy, a six badminton court main hall, Children's Parties and Holiday Activities there is something for everyone here at Applemore.
