Please note: The scheduled annual Southampton and District Canine Association Dog Show has now been rescheduled for Sunday 28 February 2010. The centre remains open for our regular users, for The Gym and the pools. Car Parking will be limited.
Applemore Health and Leisure prides itself on being the number one leisure facility on the Waterside offering a varied and diverse programme of facilities and activities. With a The Gym offering over 70 stations and a purpose built gym for 8-16 year olds, a Group Exercise Programme with over 40 classes per week, a 25 metre main pool and 12 metre learner pool which is home to Applemore Swim Academy, a six badminton court main hall, Children's Parties and Holiday Activities there is something for everyone here at Applemore.
