Applemore's five-lane 25-metre pool is the perfect place to take a dip.
The swimming pool is open from 6.30am every weekday morning for the eager swimmer and lane swimming is also available throughout the programme.
There is a large teaching pool with lessons held six days a week for everyone from toddlers to adults.
Swim Academy is based at the centre and offers a wide-range of lessons, whether you want to improve your stroke or learn to Lifesave.
During the school holidays, the swimming programme changes to allow more public swimming time.
Applemore is very pleased to announce that it's new Changing Village is now complete. This new facility has a combination of single gender changing and cubicles to benefit a wider variety of customer. The facility is also fully accessible for those with disabilities with purpose built cubicles, showers and wheelchair storage.
