The brand new Reflections relaxation area comprises of a soothing Nordic sauna, state of the art steam room and monsoon shower; it's the perfect way to unwind after a workout or a hard days work.

Last entry to Reflections is 9.15pm Monday - Thursday, 8.15pm Friday and 7.15pm Saturday and Sunday.

Members £4.50
Standard £5.00
Prices include a free swim when the Swimming Pool is available.
Please note that Reflections is only available to those 16 and over.
